I’m following the Weight Watchers program and was wondering the number of points a serving of pistachios would be?
- Trisha R., Minnesota

A: A 1-ounce of serving of pistachios (49 nuts) equals 4 Weight Watchers points. Pistachios are one of the lowest calorie, lowest fat nuts, and highest fiber nuts. They also offer the most nuts per serving compared to other popular snack nuts with about 49 kernels per 30-gram serving. Compare that to 18 cashews or 14 walnut halves for the same serving size.
