Dr. Ming Fang is a fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, Chartered Engineer, professional member of the Institute of Food Technologists, and senior member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He obtained his B.S. degree in China, and master's and Ph.D. at Bath University, UK. He then served as post-doctor research fellow, senior research fellow, senior consultant, director of research and development, visiting and chair professor, guest instructor, and director of R&D at Bath University, East China University of Science and Technology, Michigan State University, and at an international food company in the UK, China and USA. He is particularly interested in food nutrition, international food law and regulation including the food regulations and standards in China.
